This Privacy Policy applies to all of 2651990 Ontario Ltd.’s games and services, including Vault: Tomb of the King, as well as the following websites: https://bravethevault.com.

2651990 Ontario Ltd., its games, websites and applications (referred to as "we," "our" or "us") believes that your privacy is very important. The following Privacy Policy outlines the types of information and other data that we will collect through the various games, websites and applications we provide (“Website/Games”). It also outlines how we will use and when we might disclose such information and data to third parties. Your installation and/or use of these Websites/Games and/or submission of information to us constitute your consent to this Privacy Policy and the processing of your information (personal and non-personal) as described in this Privacy Policy.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTION

 

We may collect two types of data through your use of our products: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

Non-Personal Information: Non-Personal Information is information that does not personally identify you or users and cannot be used to contact you personally, including information about you such as your birth date, gender, age, ZIP Code (Postal Code), non-precise geolocation information, along with data about your mobile device and/or computer (i.e. unique device ID, Internet Protocol (IP) address, etc.), and hardware/software/firmware.

Providing us with your information is entirely voluntary but if you choose not to provide it you may not be able to access some of our games or services.

We may from time to time invite you to sign up to our marketing or promotional emails that we periodically send. We will not send you marketing or promotional emails if you do not opt in to receiving these emails, and we will always provide you with an easy way to opt out of receiving any more emails in each of those emails.

  • Analytics partners: We may share your information with our analytics partners (such as Google Analytics) in order to help us perform analysis on user behavior and better understand our players. The information being shared is typically anonymous.

  • Legal or Other Purposes: We may share your information with law enforcement, government agencies and regulators in circumstances which may be required by law, or to defend our legal rights, or to protect your vital interests or those of another person.

  • In the event that 2651990 Ontario Ltd. is sold, customer information is generally one of the business assets that is transferred.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

 

2651990 Ontario Ltd. does not direct its Websites/Games to children (usually considered to be under the age of 16, depending on the country where you reside). We also do not intentionally collect personal information from children through our Websites/Games. If you are the parent or guardian of a child and you believe that we have inadvertently received personal information about that child, please contact us as described in this Privacy Policy and we will delete the information from our records.

 

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

 

2651990 Ontario Ltd. reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, it will be reposted on our company’s website along with the date the changes were made. It is best practice to review our Privacy Policy from time to time so users are aware when changes are made. Continued use of our products after such changes will be considered acceptance of respective changes, such as they are. If users do not accept the changes they may choose to ‘opt-out’ by sending 2651990 Ontario Ltd. the appropriate notice.
